JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize, manage, supervise and implement after-sales services
- Cooperate with the Sales department to ensure to provide customers the services of maintenance, repair and upgrade as committed in the contract
- Measure and evaluate customer satisfaction with services, make weekly reports to improve service quality
- Details will be discussed further during the interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College or above in Refrigeration Engineering, Automation and related
- Year of experience: 2 years in equivalent position; prior to AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower Systems
- Organization and management skills.
- Good at English reading skill (Compulsory)
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Gender: Male under 40
- Able to work under high pressure, sensitive, dynamic, proactive
