JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consult, provide customers with technical information of Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU
- Handle technical issues, provide technical assistance to remote and on-site customers when required
- Record customer feedbacks and report to direct manager
- Perform other tasks as required
- Details will be discussed further during interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Years of experience: 1 year
- College/University degree in Thermoelectric Refrigeration, …
- Able to read technical documents in English
- Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Auto Card
- Be able to work independently and under pressure, proactive, responsible
- Good communication
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday); Saturday morning: 8:00 – 12:00
