Service Engineer – Cooling

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Consult, provide customers with technical information of Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU
  • Handle technical issues, provide technical assistance to remote and on-site customers when required
  • Record customer feedbacks and report to direct manager
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • Details will be discussed further during interview

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Years of experience: 1 year
  • College/University degree in Thermoelectric Refrigeration, …
  • Able to read technical documents in English
  • Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Auto Card
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure, proactive, responsible
  • Good communication
  • Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday); Saturday morning: 8:00 – 12:00
